Rates

Rates for 1 Week stay (6 nights & 7 days): Thanksgiving week thru January 5th - $1400 per week January 6th thru the week before Thanksgiving - $1150 per week

Rates for shorter stays (3 night minimum): $233 per night (year round)

Maximum number of guests is 7

 

 

Reservations

50% of rental rate needed upon booking
and 50% remainder 1 month prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

3 Months prior to arrival
80% of the amount will be refunded

2 Months price to arrival
60% of the amount will be refunded

1 Month prior to arrival
50% of the amount will be refunded

1 Month or Less to arrival
25% of the amount will be refunded
